K Raiders patrol the outer waste in small war parties, seeking to extract a toll from anyone they come across. They take captives, horde weapons, tech and information, all in service of their leader, the self-imposed Warden of the Waste. Although spread thin, they control vast areas of the radiation zones outside of the Horizon Wall. They pray on smuggling routes and dredge ports scattered throughout their territory. Their ranks are made up of mostly pre-annihilation prisoners, they attack in small groups rather than sustained combat, but even in small groups they are very dangerous.
